Calcular el peso ideal para individuos de una figura pequeña,
mediana y grande. |

PROCEDIMIENTO
A. |
Determinación del Tipo de Figura
1. |
Mide la muñeca de la mano (en pulgadas) que más
utilices por su punto más delgado, bajo la prominencia del hueso
del brazo. |
2. |
Utilizando el resultado, averigua tu tipo de figura con la siguiente
tabla: |

Mide tu estatura en pies
